How do I listen to the course?

Conveniently, the Raising Adventurous Eaters audio course is accessed via any podcasting software so can be listened to at home or on-the-go.

How long will I have to complete the course?

You will have lifetime access to the version of Raising Adventurous Eaters that you purchase so you can listen and re-listen as needed. 

Can I re-listen to the content?

Yes - absolutely - the lessons can be listened to as many times as you like. There’s a summary of all the lessons, too, so that you can easily navigate to a specific lesson if required.

I have read lots about fussy eating, and nothing has helped. Why would this be any different?

The Raising Adventurous Eaters course has been designed to guide parents through the whole process, one step at a time. Each lesson is packed with information, examples, time to reflect and points to action. Listening to the course and committing to the accompanying homework is a comprehensive approach that will help you in your quest to raise an adventurous eater. 

Can I share the audio course with other family members?

Purchasing the Raising Adventurous Eaters audio course gives you individual access that cannot be shared. However, if another person in your immediate family would benefit from being added as a listener, please let us know, and we will try to help.

Tell me more about the printed workbook.

The Raising Adventurous Eaters supporting workbook is a 32 page, printed, colour, A5 booklet that is sent to clients upon purchase of the audio course. It contains research, information, quotes, activities, space to journal and useful documents including a meal/exposure planner. The workbook can also be accessed as a soft copy if preferred.

Is the homework mandatory?

The Raising Adventurous Eaters course has been designed to include time for reflection, planning, actioning and tweaking. In order to benefit fully from the content, the homework is advised. However, no-one will be checking up on you(!) so completion will be at your discretion. The course content will be valuable whatever your decision about homework tasks.

About the course creators

Both Josephine and Caroline are qualified coaches - Josephine is a teacher an AfN Nutrition Coach and founder of Diddy Diners; Caroline a ‘Time to Think’ Coach & Facilitator, Transformational Coach, Positive Parenting Practitioner and founder of Caroline Rowett Coaching. Both have worked extensively with families in their respective fields and have children of their own (who went through significant fussy eating phases!).
